Kenny Justin Phillips, 66, passed away November 1, 2013, at home. Service: 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Interment: North Hopkins Cemetery in Birthright. No Visitation scheduled. Kenny was born July 1, 1947, in Commerce to Cecil and Imogene King Phillips. He proudly served his country in the National Guard. Kenny loved horses, hunting and was a hard worker. Survivors: mother, Imogene Phillips of Grand Prairie; sons, Cole Phillips and wife Pam of Kyle, Kris Phillips and wife Stephanie of Burleson; daughters, Jackie Evans and husband Martin of Joshua, Angie Nichols of Austin; 6 grandchildren and extended family and friends.
