Kristy Lindley's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Kristy Darlene Lindley
March 17,1966 - January 23, 2025
Kristy Darlene Lindley, beloved mother, devoted wife, extraordinary MowMow, and beacon of kindness, passed on January 23, 2025 peacefully surrounded by her family and the soft glow of love she brought into the world.
Born on March 17, 1966 in Dallas, TX, to LaDell Tullos and Gene Allen. Kristy was the eldest of five siblings. From an early age, she exhibited a boundless curiosity and a rare talent for weaving beauty into the everyday. She graduated from West Mesquite High School in 1984. She went on to graduate from Executive Secretarial school. She then went on to work in various positions before becoming a stay-at-home mother and wife. Later, she went into the mortgage industry and recently became an underwriter.
Kristy met the love of her life, Bobby in 1976. Their love story spanned five decades and served as a model of unwavering partnership and mutual respect. Together, they built a home filled with laughter, love, children, and grandchildren.
Kristy's kindness knew no bounds. She fiercely loved her children and grandchildren and was the unofficial matriarch to many others who looked to her for love and guidance. She possessed an uncanny ability to make everyone she met feel valued, often with a warm smile, a handwritten note, or a thoughtful gesture. She radically accepted all she knew.
Kristy's light may no longer shine here on Earth, but the love she poured into the world will forever illuminate the hearts of those who knew her.
Kristy was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Wiley R Malone and Billie Gordon Malone. Bonus dad Billy Edd Roberson. Paternal grandmother Evelyn Price. Her brother Dallas Allen. Grandmother Mary Helen Cahill and Katherine Woliver. Uncle Walter Lindley, Nephew Christopher Lindley. Close family friend Ron Oliver. And many beloved great grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins.
She is survived by her husband Robert Edward Lindley and their five children.
