Lacee Lee Johnson

Burleson--- The Angels came down and lifted Lacee Lee Johnson, 26 of Burleson to Heaven on Friday February 6, 2009. Visitation: 6-8 P.M. on Monday February 9, 2009 at Mountain Valley Funeral Home in Burleson. Lacee was born October 23, 1982 in Fort Worth. She graduated from Burleson High School in 2003. Attending her Senior Prom was one of the proudest moments of her life. The family would like to thank the staff of the Burleson ISD and all its employees for being there during all of Lacee's accomplishments, and to the Cross Roads High School and Right Turn Discipline Center for their love and support. She attended the Cowboy Way Church in Alvarado and the family also wishes to thank their pastor and church family for always being there when they needed them. A special thanks is also given to the staff of Harris Methodist Hospital in down town Fort Worth for the support and care given to Lacee for the past week. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Geneva Ohman; and grandfather, John Ohman. Survivors: Mother, Lisa McDowell and husband, Larry of Burleson; brother, Michael Chenoweth of Burleson and his father, Ken; sister, Terra Johnson of Burleson; grandparents, MaMa and PaPa McDowell of Arlington; uncle, John Ohman and wife, Jolene of Pontiac, Illinois.
