BURLESON -- Lucille Billie Bransom, a homemaker of Burleson went home to be with the Lord Thursday, April 23, 2009 at her residence in Burleson. Funeral: 2:00 P.M. Monday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Prairie Springs Cemetery in Burleson. Visitation: 4-6 P.M. Sunday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Mrs. Bransom was born in Fort Worth to Seth and Lottie Smith Boldt. She married Doyle Bransom on November 9, 1950 in Weatherford. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Burleson, was an artist, and loved bowling. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and a devout christian woman. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister. Survivors: Husband, Doyle Bransom of Burleson; daughter, Madeline Cate and husband, Benny of Burleson; brothers, Leroy Boldt and wife, Brenda of Cleburne, Jerry Wayne Boldt and wife, Angie of Cleburne; sister, Ellen Casey and husband, Jim of Gordonville; grandchildren, Billie J. Cate, Jimmy Dee Cate and wife Sherry, Brad Cate and wife, Tina, all of Burleson; great grandchildren, Joel Cate, Jared Cate, and Parker Miles Cate; numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
