Margaret Annette Ray

Margaret “Annette” Ray was born in Arlington on October 20, 1963 and passed away on November 17, 2022. She was a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and received her Master’s in Special Education from North Texas University. Annette had a great passion for teaching kids to read and helping special needs children. She retired from Joshua ISD in 2016.

Annette truly loved her family and friends.  Some of her most joyous moments were being at a swine show, fishing or chasing grandkids around.

She is survived by her husband Michael Ray, her sons Ronald Crawford and Dustin Ray, daughter Brandi Davis. Parents Jack and Margaret Wynn, sisters Jackie Preissinger and Tammy Logan. She had 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.

She is preceded in death by daughter Amber Crawford.

“Annette” AKA “Gee” AKA “Granna” will forever be in the hearts of family and friends.
