Mary Jo Morris Cobb, March 7, 1936 - January 17, 2020
Wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother. She loved her family fiercely. She was a very feisty petite red head. She was a very proud, independent, (often stubborn) woman. Anyone's role model. She worked hard for Ben Hogan Company for 17 years and then as a loving Child Care Provider for 26 years and proudly supported herself as a widow for 36 years. She loved lengthy conversations on the phone (sometimes for hours) never wanting to say "Good bye". She loved her Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and both Dale Earnhardts. She would put up a good argument with anyone who put her family or team down.
She is preceded in life by her husband: Howard Leon Cobb, son: Harold (Buddy) Cobb, mother: Nancy Morris, father: Weaver Morris, sisters: Juanita Steele, Betty Horton, brothers; Perry Lee Morris, Joe Morris.
Survived by: Daughter: Pamela and husband Larry Maddux, Cindy and husband Steve Cloud, Daughter-n-law, Debera Cobb, Brother: Weaver Morris, 15 grandchildren, 12 Great grandchildren, and 2 Great great grandchildren.
