Mary Lee Hunter, 65, passed away Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, in Fort Worth. Service: 9 a.m. Friday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Interment: 11:15 a.m. Friday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. No visitation is scheduled. Mary was born Feb. 15, 1948, in Fort Worth to Woodrow Wilson and Lola Mae House Blacklock. She loved books, cooking, fishing and crocheting. Mary was the world's best mom and grandma. She enjoyed playing cards and gardening. She loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Mary sang like an angel, enjoyed music and loved animals. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Bennett Hunter. Survivors: Daughters, Stephanie Young Elbanna and husband, Ali, of Crowley, Robyn Young Parnell of Fort Worth; Jimmy Yandell of Gordon; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Chesley Blacklock and Raymond Blacklock; sisters, Woody Mae Horn and Linda Shaw; aunt, Ava Lee House; and extended family and friends.
