Mary Esther Mastin

Mary Esther Mastin, 81, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Oct. 17, 2005. Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Burleson. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Memorials: Community Hospice of Texas, 1208 W. Henderson St., Suite B, Cleburne, Texas 76033-8773; or Promises Ministry at First Baptist Church of Burleson. Mary was born Aug. 25, 1924, to William Patrick Cessnun and Anna Ethlan Howard Cessnun in Council Grove, Kan. Caring, kind and generous, she was loved by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her son, Stanley James Mastin, in 1983; her husband, Ernest Richard Mastin, in 2000; brother, Howard Cessnun; and sister, Helen Wood. Survivors: Sister, Eileen Burnett; daughter, Judy Lemons and husband, Larry; grandsons, Jimmy Lemons and wife, Lisa, Sawyer Mastin and Kim; granddaughter, Crissy Richardson and husband, Antonio; stepgrandson, Robert Lemons and wife, Boom; stepgranddaughter, Gina Berry and husband, Patrick; great-granddaughters, Jaymie and Jaycee Lemons and Paige Mastin; great-grandsons, Collin Mastin and Chandler Richardson; stepgreat-granddaughters, Brittany and Kali Wood; and stepgreat-grandson, Christian Lemons.
