Maudi King

Marisela King was born in Dallas, Texas on March 28, 1985 and ran into the arms of Jesus on December 22, 2022. She was a 2004 graduate at Faith Family Academy in Waxahachie, Tx.

Maudi was the queen stay at home mom, a devoted wife, and loved her family and friends fiercely. Everyone knew that she had their back, she was always ready and willing to take off those hoop earrings and stick up for them in a heartbeat. She devoted all her time to her kids in watching them play volleyball, basketball, soccer and anything in between. She would always be their loudest cheerleader. Her infectious laugh would fill a room while she enjoyed dancing and singing with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 16 years, James Christopher King, her four beautiful daughters, Madison, Journey, Riley and Amelia King. Her mothers Margaret Munoz and Maria Vazquez. Her father Faustino Vazquez, along with her siblings, Ruben Wright, Teresa Vaughn, Julie Vazquez, Edgar Vazquez, and Alex Vazquez. Her beloved in laws James and Lisa King; brother and sister in laws; Abel and Jacque Lopez, Marcus and Jessica Rosas, Rj and Audrianna King, Brandon Vaughn and Amy Wright; including many adored nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Also the entire Wright family that includes many beloved siblings.

Preceded in death by her grandmother Theresa Gonzalez and her brother Jessie Savedra.

She will be missed by so many and will forever live in our hearts.
