Megan Eilzabeth Porter

Megan Elizabeth Porter, 24, of Burleson passed away Monday June 22, 2009. Funeral: 10:00 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Burleson. Interment: Burleson Memorial Park. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Megan was born January 11, 1985 in Arlington to Barbara and Steve Porter. She attended Burleson Schools all her life and graduated from Burleson High School in 2003. She was employed at Pinnacle Bank in Joshua. Megan was an extremely tender, loving, sweet young lady, admired and adored by all who knew her. Her quiet, gentle ways captivated those around her. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and family. Survivors: Parents, Barbara and Steve Porter of Burleson; grandparents, Jack and LaVaun Mallory and Tom and Sandra Stephens. She is further survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
