Michael Wayne "Pee Paw" Hanson

Mike was born Jan. 18, 1963, in Dallas to Jimmy Clarence and Wilda Faye Ricks Hanson. To Mike, family was always most important. He was a sergeant with the Everman Police Department, where he served for over 30 years. Survivors: Wife, Kristy Hanson; sons, Michael Wayne Trester, Jimmy David Hanson, J.D. Cheek, Cody Cheek, Mik Hanson, Cody Hanson; daughters, Shauna Renee Torres, Danielle Cheek, Hannah Hanson; grandchildren, Aveon, Jesse, Serenity, Jaylen, Jace, Wyatt, Aiden, Bryce, Josie, Coco, Jennifer, Charlotte; brother, Bill Hanson; and numerous other loving extended family and friends.
