Michael Dana Puckett

Michael (Mike) Dana Puckett, age 65, passed away peacefully on Monday June 21, 2021 at his home in Joshua, Texas. Mike was born December 23, 1955 in Georgetown, Ohio. He served 26 years in the Marine Corps achieving the rank of Major before retiring in Joshua, TX in 1998. After retirement, he built a swimming pool service business and served on the city council. Mike enjoyed travelling, writing, building, teaching and helping others, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Toshie Puckett, daughter Tammy Cadman and her husband Dan, son Michael Puckett and his wife Angela, step-daughter Ayano Copher;  grandchildren Joshua and Anna Puckett, Avery and Hazel Cadman, and Irina. Brothers Jon Puckett and Kevin Puckett, sisters Sandy Blume and JoEllen Puckett, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is proceeded in death by his wife Emiko Puckett, and parents mother Anna Josephine Puckett and father Lawrence Edward Puckett.
