Mildred Pearson Russell

JOSHUA -- Mildred Pearson Russell, 81, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012, in Fort Worth. Graveside Service: 10AM Friday, January 20, 2012, at Greenacres Memorial Park, Cleburne. Visitation: 5:30PM-7:30PM Thursday, January 19, 2012, at Mountain Valley Funeral Home, Burleson. Mildred was born June 1, 1930, in San Angelo, to the late Frank and Ora Lee Banks Pearson. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 55 years, G.R. "Red" Russell, Jr; and son, Kenneth Lynn Russell. Mildred was retired after more than 20 years as a 4th grade Joshua Elementary School teacher. Survivors: son, Victor W. Russell, and wife, Karmen, of Cleburne; daughter, Christine Gonzalez, and husband, Simon, of Boone, NC; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous loving extended family, and friends.
