Cleburne 쳌ENell Ruth Ray, 78, a homemaker of Cleburne, died Monday august 6, 2007 in Fort Worth. Funeral: 9:00 A.M. Friday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Burial: Caddo Cemetery in Joshua. Visitation: 6-8 P.M. Thursday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Mrs. Ray was born August 15, 1928 in Sudan, Texas to John William and Lillie Pearl Stephenson Hammock. She was a very loving, sweet, and kind person. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, John William "Dub" Ray, who preceded her in death in 1983. Survivors: Sons, Michael Wayne Ray of Benbrook, Donald Bruce Ray and wife, Patricia of Grapevine, David Allen Ray of Cleburne; brother, Ross Hammock; sister, Doris Brandon; grandchildren, Jake, Jared, Joshua, Daniel, Megan; great grandson, Jacob.
