Norma Jean Tupin, 83, of Crowley, passed away September 19, 2016. Service: Services handled by Mountain Valley Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Wounded Warrior Project. Norma was born May 22, 1933 in Floyd County, Virginia to Dolphus Burgine and Bessie (Myers) Boyd. She loved her family and spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. Survivors: daughter, Joann Smith, of Covington; grandchildren, Belinda Jean Tatum, of Joshua, James Blakely of Joshua, Kevin Garnand, and Alexis Carr; great-grandchildren, Brittany Green, Briana Green, Jalynn Blakely, Jordan Blakely, Kelcey Blakely
