Norman Paul Fellenz

May 12, 1941 — June 23, 2023

Norman Fellenz, was born in Marshfield, WI on May 12, 1941 to Allen and Helen Fellenz.  He entered God’s kingdom at the age of 82, June 23, 2023.

Norm grew up with his parents and eight siblings. Upon graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Air Force, August 24, 1960.  He retired as a Technical Sergeant, Aircraft Maintenance, after 20 years of service.  After leaving the service he worked for Lockheed Martin, as an expat in Saudi Arabia, where he met his lovely wife, Carol.  Upon returning from overseas they settled in Magnolia TX where he retired from Lockheed Martin.  They resided in TX for many years before returning to their birth state of WI. Norm and his wife recently returned to Texas and settled in Joshua TX.   Norm’s proudest moment upon the return to TX was becoming a member of the Cowboy Church of Ellis County.  At 81 years old, he was baptized on Easter Sunday 2023 proclaiming his faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Norm had the personality and natural charisma to make friends no matter the situation.  A man of many stories, some factual and others not so factual, which all would draw out inspiring conclusions.  A member of the VFW and American Legion, he was proud to have served his country during the Vietnam War, and he displayed his dedication and honor in the collection of hats he wore daily.

Norm was preceded in death by Allen and Hellen Fellenz his parents, Leo and Alley Fellenz his brothers.
