Pauline Elizabeth Russell

BURLESON -- Pauline Russell, 82, died Thursday April 17, 2008, in Hurst. Service: 2 p.m. Monday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Burleson Memorial Park. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Pauline was born March 3, 1926, in Harden County, Tenn., to Sydney and Pearl Rinks. Pauline was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved her children and grandchildren very much. Pauline loved working in the yard and taking care of the elderly. She was a devoted Christian who was involved in many different church ministries. She also worked at the Burleson Nursing Home and did private home healthcare. Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Joseph Russell, in 1978; son, Michael Russell, in 1997; four brothers; and one sister. Survivors: Sons, Charles Russell of Palestine, Steven Russell of Palestine, Roland Russell and wife, Regena, of Hurst; daughter, Brenda Richardson and husband, Jimmy, of Burleson; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and special friends, Judy Hinkley and Dodie Ballard.
