JOSHUA -- Peggie Sue Hearne Owens, 80, of Joshua, a retired office manager, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Fri. Sept. 6, 2013 in Fort Worth. Service: 10am Tuesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 7-9 pm Monday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington. Peggie was born Sept. 5, 1933 in Joshua to Guy D. and Lilly Alma Hiner Whitlock. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Peggie loved her family very much and loved spending time with them, especially the grandchildren. Survivors:Husband Coy Owens of Joshua; daughter Andrea Ziemann and husband Steve of Arlington; son Jason Owens and Misti of Mansfield; son Brent Owens of Whitewright; grandson Jack Jenkins, wife Kallie and great grandsons Jake and Brody of Arlington; granddaughter April Ziemann and great grandson Joshua of Carrollton; grandson Chris Ziemann and great grandson Tristan of Carrollton; grandchildren Ashley Owens, Dustin Owens and Brandi Schmuck of Whitewright; brother Bob Whitlock and wife Bobbye Jean of Cleburne; sister Ann Malone of Joshua; sister Sondra Watson of Morgan Mill; sister Ginny Smith and husband Jerry of Joshua.
