CROWLEY -- Peter J. Corino, 78, passed away Friday, Aug. 19, 2016. Mass: 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ann Catholic Church in Burleson. A rosary will be held at 9:30 am before the Mass at St. Ann Catholic Church. Interment follows later in DFW National Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Peter was born May 2, 1938, in Philadelphia, Pa., to Joseph and Catherine Krause Corino. He was an amazing husband and father, and very sarcastic. Pete enjoyed watching movies, playing guitar, and cheating on board games. He loved his grandkids and his pets. Pete was an All-American military dad and lived the example, as he proudly served in the U.S. Army. Survivors: Wife of 57 years, Ninfa Corino of Crowley; daughters, Kathy Orahood and husband, Robert, of League City, Glory Fankhauser of Alpharetta, Ga., Debbie Grant of Crowley, Nancy Ward and husband, Bobbie, of Crowley, Peggy Corino of Burleson; sons, Raymond Corino and wife, Glenda, of Loma Rica, Calif., James Corino and wife, Lorie, of Fort Worth; sibilings, Joseph Corino and wife, Helen, of Nashville, Tenn., Theresa Sulik of Philadelphia, Pa., MaryAnn Rolon and husband, Hiram, of Philadelphia, Pa., Donald Corino, and wife, Carole, of Philadelphia, Pa.; along with 19 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
