Polly Mattie Mae Scott Williams, 93, passed away Tues. Jan. 3, 2012 in Glen Rose. Graveside Service: 11 am Friday at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. Mrs. Williams was born Nov. 11, 1918 in Frankville, Alabama to George and Stella Scott. She married Paul Henry Williams in June 1941 in Corpus Christi, Texas where their children were born. In 1958 they moved to Fort Worth and raised their family. She was a homemaker and a life time member of the Eastern Star Everman Chapter. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings Frank, Floyd, Jim, Bill, Woodrow and Jacob Scott, Ella Rhea Williamson and Georgie Bell Shaw. Survivors: Sons, Larry Ray Williams of Bedford, Paul David Williams of Fort Worth, James Samuel Williams and wife Sue of Everman; daughters, Myrna Jackson and husband Walter of Waxahachie, Vickie Guthrie and husband George of Paluxy, Janet Mia Nix and husband David of Arlington; grandchildren, Carey Casey, Marcus Jackson, Jeffrey Williams, Garland Beasley, Stephen Beasley, Joy Beasley, Addison Beasley, Donna Wilson, Don Smith, Tanya Burns, Alisha Seelye, Tommy Joe Moore Jr., Amanda Bodnar, Brian Nix and Valarie Kunkel; 34 great grandchildren ; 3 great- great grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
