Ralph Edward Benson, 88, of Joshua, passed away September 21, 2016. Memorial Service: 2PM Sunday, Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 1420 CR 903 Cleburne. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Mount Carmel Baptist Church. Ralph was born February 4, 1928 in Arkinda, Arkansas to Clyde and Maggie (Tunnell) Benson. He loved bowling, fishing, golf, being outdoors and he always had fun. Ralph is preceded in death by his brothers Clyde Benson Jr., James Robert Benson, and sister Alma Dean Benson. Survivors: wife, Rebecca Benson; children, Gary Benson and wife Peggy of Cleburne, Carla Patterson and husband David of McMinnville, OR, Beth Stinson of KY, Keith Douglas of Keller, Scott Douglas of Fort Worth; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; many close friends.
