Rh Rastall

RH Rastall, 90, of Crowley, Texas passed away August 3, 2018. Funeral Services: 10 AM, Saturday, August 11, 2018, Mountain Valley Funeral Home, Joshua, Texas. Visitation: 9AM prior to service. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. RH Rastall was a professional pilot, long haul trucker, and master aviation and automotive mechanic. He belonged to three genius societies and was a proud member of the Estelle Masonic Lodge for nearly 60 years. He followed his father Walter Rastall and became ordained to perform weddings and funerals. He truly shone in the latter, doing more than 280 Masonic funerals, all over Texas, and one at Arlington National Cemetery. He was kind and generous to friends and family, widows and orphans, and often complete strangers. He was respected and admired by many for his strong character and unflinching honesty. He leaves behind his brother, Ray Rastall, his only son Rodney Rastall, his grandchildren Sophie McKelroy and Lucas Rastall, and his great granddaughter Lucy McKelroy. The world will be a different place without him.
