Rhonda Adcock peacefully passed through heaven's gates early Monday morning, February 10, 2025, surrounded by her family. Rhonda Jean Adcock was born to Roy Lee Robinson and Mary Bryant on February 8, 1964, in Cleburne, Texas. The youngest of three, Rhonda loved her siblings dearly. In 1991, she married the love of her life, Kenneth Adcock. When the two married, Rhonda gained a daughter, Akira. One year later, they welcomed their son, Kenny, into the world. Two years later, they welcomed their daughter, LaNay and became a family of five. Rhonda worked at the Johnson County Courthouse while her kids were young. She worked as a dispatcher and as a secretary for the Johnson County Constable before retiring. She retired after 20 years to focus on her health and spend as much time as possible with her kids. Although Rhonda loved her husband and her children, her grandkids were the light of her life. She was "GiGi" to 12 grandkids: Skye, Blazn, McKenzie, Aria, Zayden, Creager, Shelby, LaStat, Cope, Grant, Kelsey, and Ropper. Her love for them is what kept her fighting for so long. To Rhonda, her family was her whole world. She is survived by her husband, Kenny, son Kenny (Will) and wife Amanda, daughter LaNay Cargill and husband Colten and their children, and daughter Akira Chappell and husband Josh and their daughters. She also had her bonus children: Kayla Hughes, her husband Michael and children, Sara Horner and children, and many others who called her "Mama" and "Gigi". Rhonda is also survived by her father Roy Lee Robinson and his wife Johnnie and his family, sister Renay Steele and her family, and brother Kenneth Robinson, his wife Jaye and children. She is also survived by countless in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. We will be honoring the life of Rhonda at Mountain Valley Funeral Home in Joshua, TX. The visitation will be Thursday, February 13 from 6-8 pm. The funeral will be Friday, February 14 at 1 pm followed by a graveside service at Caddo Cemetery.
