Richard Damon Woodard Sr., 77, of Crowley, a retired lineman for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., died Saturday Oct. 30, 2010, in Fort Worth. Graveside service: 3 p.m. Monday in Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation: 10 a.m. to noon Monday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Richard Damon Woodard Sr. was born July 27, 1933, in Henryetta, Okla., to James and Ollie M. Jenkins Woodard. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; and wife, Juanita. "Hey" Survivors: Son, Rick Woodard and wife, Carla, of Crowley; daughters, Sharon K. Walker and husband, Stephen, of Mena, Ark., Carla Courtney and husband, Loren, of Midlothian; brothers, Lester Woodard and wife, Doris, of Kennedale, David Woodard and wife, Linda, of Phoenix, Ariz.; sister-in-law, Caroloyn Woodard; grandchildren, Amber, Candece, Megan, Krissy, Shalena, Doug, Derrah, Bergundi, Staisha, Cayla; great-grandchildren, Evan, Samantha, Kaitlyn, Krista, Carley, Abigail, Emma, Zander, Makenzey, Wesley, Ricky, Padm'e; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
