Rickey W. White

Rickey W. White, 58 of Burleson, a Mag II particle inspector for Weir SPM, died Monday, Sept. 14, 2009, at his home in Burleson. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at Bethesda Baptist Church. Interment: George's Creek Cemetery in Glen Rose. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Rickey Wayne White was born Feb. 14, 1951, in Cleburne to Cleveland Felter and Hulda Otilla Leck White. He married Sheila Ann Bayless on June 28, 1975, in Burleson. Rickey loved fishing, camping and the outdoors. He enjoyed watching and coaching his kids' soccer teams. Most of all he loved playing with his granddaughter. He was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church in Burleson. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jimmy Trussell and Charles White; and sisters, Sue Brazill and Mary Ruth Oxenford. Survivors: Wife, Sheila White; sons, Michael Allen White and wife, Melissa, Christopher White and wife, Sherri, Joseph White, all of Burleson; brothers, Don White and wife, Kathy, of Soda Springs, Billy White and wife, Sandy, of Fort Worth, Eddie Gene White of Fort Worth; sisters, Mae Ratcliff and husband, Jim, of Rendon, Ruth Bogart and husband, Harvey, of Alvarado, Judy Mae Wilgus of Oregon; sister-in-law, Mamie White of Buffalo; granddaughter, Madison White; and numerous nieces and nephews.
