Riley Ray Irvin, 84, of Cleburne, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016. He was born June 26, 1931, in Depew, Oklahoma, to Hollis Irvin and Maudie Butterfield. Graveside services: 10 a.m. Thursday, April 21, at Caddo Cemetery, with David Miller officiating. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 20. Riley is survived by his wife, Eunice Irvin of Cleburne; sons, Ray Irvin and wife, Becky, of Grandview and Jerry Irvin and wife, Patricia, of Blanco, Texas; daughters, Darlene Hoodie and husband, Steve, of Cleburne and Sherry Monroe and husband, Ralph, of Fort Worth; brothers, George Irvin and wife, Ruby, and James Irvin and wife, Clarice; sisters, Dorothy Boatright and Virginia Banks and husband, Fred; and eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Riley was a heavy equipment operator. He loved hunting and fishing, watching westerns on TV and NASCAR.
