Robert "Bob" Hostetler, 60, a retired mechanic, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2011, at his home in Joshua. Service: 2 p.m. Thursday, at the Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel, visitation: 6-8 Wednesday, at the funeral home. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, of Fort Worth. Bob was born December 13, 1950, in Clay Center Kansas, to Franklin and Mildred Sutter Hostetler. Bob retired after twenty-five years, as a maintenance mechanic for Mrs. Bairds Bakery. He was an avid Nascar fan, as well as an outdoorsman. He greatly enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. Bob was preceded in death by twin grandchildren, Hayden, and Haley. Survivors include his wife, Karen Hostetler, of Joshua; sons, Michael Hostetler, and wife, Dawn, of Benbrook, Rick Harrison, and wife Tammy, of Burleson, and David Hostetler, of Joshua; Daughter, Jennifer Collins, and husband John, of Joshua; sisters, Cathryn Howard, and Lois Beaver, grandchildren, Brookelynne, Payton, Jordan, Alysa, Amber, Karli, Alana, Jonathan, Justin; and great-grandchild, Asa.
