Robert Grant Justice

September 24, 2002 — December 14, 2024

Robert "Grant" Justice was born in Fort Worth, Texas on September 24, 2002. He passed away on December 14, 2024. He was the beloved son of Camay and Tim Trammell of Joshua and Daniel and Mary Justice of Burleson.

Grant was known for his big heart, infectious smile and witty sense of humor. Growing up, Grant competed in various sporting events including football and basketball. A graduate of Joshua High School in 2021, he was known by the teachers and staff of Joshua ISD as a friendly face in the crowd who would always stop to say hi and lend a hug. "He was one of the good ones" was the sentiment of his teachers over and over again. He was a member of Chisholm Summit Baptist Church where he loved to serve others through events like Vacation Bible School or outreach events at a local homeless ministry. From high school, Grant pursued his dream of serving our country in the United States Air Force. His hope was to be stationed in Japan. Unexpectedly, he was released from the Air Force with an Honorable Medical discharge.

Grant's passion was anime and anything to do with Japanese culture. He loved experiencing all different kinds of cuisine and was always up for a trip to the movies to see the latest thriller. He enjoyed adventuring to the mountains or deep-sea fishing in the ocean with his family.

Grant's departure from his earthly home has left a huge hole in many hearts and lives. We will think of him anytime a "friendly" competition ensues or as we share one of his favorite meals. We hold tight to the memories and cannot wait for the day we are reunited once again in heaven. In the meantime, we will honor Grant's memory by treating others as he would. By really seeing them. By offering a warm hug. By serving with a big smile and willing heart.

He is survived by his parents, Camay and Tim Trammell of Joshua and Daniel and Mary Justice of Burleson

His half brother, Archer Justice of Burleson and step siblings, Addison Auvenshine and Aniston Auvenshine of Burleson. Nephew, Lennox Justice and Niece, Estela Justice.
