Robert Allan Mitten

JOSHUA -- Robert Allan Mitten, 53, of Joshua, a Fencer, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Robert was born Sept. 19, 1955, in Killeen to Louis Robert and Mary Imogene Wells Mitten. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. Robert was a very giving man who would do anything for anyone. Robert enjoyed his working in his shop and just being there. Survivors: Wife, Teresa Bolt of Joshua; daughter, Amy Walker and husband, Clay, of Crowley; son, Nathan Mitten of Joshua; stepsons, Joseph and Micah Martinez; grandchildren, Christopher, Alex, Alyssa and Logan Walker, Audie Martinez; brother, Billy Mitten of Joshua; sisters, Sherry Bowman and husband, Terry, of Joshua, Sheila Roberts and husband, Dirk, of Joshua; nephews, Blake Bowman, Dusty and Jeremy Roberts; many extended family and friends.
