BELTON - Rodney Kent Hewett, 59, passed away Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, 2016, in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016, at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Rodney was born Nov. 7, 1956, in Cleburne to Claude Hewett and Bonnie Chaney Hewett. He was preceded in death by his parents. Rodney was an avid shooter and fisherman who worked for BNSF Railway for 38 years. Survivors: brothers, Randy, Ray and Rory Hewett; nieces, Emily Pedigo, Cori Hewett, Kylie Hewett and Tamara Hewett; uncle, E.L. Hewett; and many loving friends.
