Roger James Damon

Roger James Damon, 80 years old, of Joshua, Texas, passed away on February 10, 2023.  He was born in Springville, New York. He was predeceased by his father Charles, mother Ruth, sister Virginia, brother Keith, sister Corine, and daughter Keri. He is survived by his wife Patsy; daughter Katie (David) and son Kyle (Thea); sister-in-law Esther, brother Lee (Dorothy); grandchildren Edward, Hanna, Toby, and Kasey;  great granddaughters Caroline, and Elsie; and many nieces and nephews.

He was a member of Lane Prairie Baptist Church. Roger retired from twenty years of service in the Air Force and eleven years for the U.S. Postal Service. He enjoyed camping, woodworking, and playing dominoes with his pals. During his younger years, he had attended Forestry School in New York.  He served The Lord as a deacon and Sunday School teacher at various churches throughout his life.
