Ruth Pauline Fehse, 98, of Burleson, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015. Graveside Service: 10:30 am Monday, November 2, 2015, Burleson Memorial Park. Visitation: 6-8 pm Sunday, Mountain Valley Funeral Home, Joshua. Ruth was born on May 23, 1917 in Sperry, Iowa, to Frank and Mabel Pforts. Ruth loved cooking, cleaning house, puzzles, fishing, camping, travelling, and most importantly her family. She was preceded in death by her husband John P. Fehse, sons, Gene Fehse, Leroy Fehse, Johnny Fehse, and Darrell Fehse, and her parents. Survivors: son, Jerry Fehse and wife Beverly, of Grandview, daughters, Patty Jones and husband Robert, of Burleson, Diana Deatherage, of Burleson, Linda Beard and husband Gary, of Burleson, numerous, grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, sister-in-law's, Elfie Pforts, Norma Pforts, Dorothy Pforts and a host of many other friends, family, and loved ones.
