JOSHUA -- Shirley Bowman, 52, a certified class A machinist, died Monday, Feb. 5, 2007, in St. Louis, Mo. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at Boulevard Baptist Church in Burleson. Burial: Union Hill Cemetery in Joshua. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Shirley Jean Bowman was born Feb. 16, 1954, in Antlers, Okla., to Ben Hue and Dorris Cooper Gay. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren and spending time with her family. Survivors: Sons, Chad Cox of Fort Worth and Jason Cox of Dallas; daughter, India Eaves and husband, Charles Jr., of Jackson, Mo.; mother, Dorris Simonson and husband, Richard, of Joshua; brother, Benjamin Keats Robison and wife, Chiara, of Joshua; grandchildren, Tia, Aiden, Kennedy, Lena, Layla, Emily, Kaylee, Baylee, Shaylee and a grandson on the way; one niece; and five nephews.
