LILLIAN -- Stacy Shawn Phillips, 45, an office manager for Abandoned Vehicle Enforcement, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2005. Graveside service: 11:00 a.m. Monday at Caddo Cemetery in Joshua. Stacy was born Dec. 16, 1959, in Dallas to Jimmy and Janice Whitlock. Survivors: Husband, Wesley Phillips; son, Jake Glasscock; daughters, Ka'Sha McGuyer Walker and husband, Brian, and Marissa Phillips; grandson, Brock Walker; several brothers and sisters; and other family members.
