SAN ANTONIO -- Stephen Eddie Bransom went to be with Jesus on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010. Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation: 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, his parents wish any memorials to be sent to River Gardens Family and Friends Association, for the benefit of the residents, 29204 Oakview Bend, Fair Oaks, Texas 78015-4926. Stevie was born on March 2, 1958, in Fort Worth. Stevie was very affectionate and loved everyone, especially his immediate family. He was loved by all because of his happy attitude. Stevie spent most of his adult life at his "school," River Gardens Residential Facility in New Braunfels. He looked forward to coming home and going out to eat enchiladas at the local Mexican restaurant. Stevie loved radios and knew he could count on his uncle Marvin to give him one each and every Christmas. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Loy and Minnie Bransom, Tom and Daisy Boone, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and great-aunts and great-uncles. Survivors: Stevie is survived by his parents, Eddie C. and Roxy Ann Bransom of San Antonio; sister, Lori Davis and husband, Steve, of Burleson; niece, Ashley Burnett and husband, Austin,; and nephew, Luke Davis.
