Sydney Smades, 28, passed away August 31, 2014, in Cleburne. Service: 10:00 AM, Friday, September 5, 2014 at Open Door Church in Burleson. Interment: Union Hill Cemetery. Visitation: 4-8 PM, Thursday at the Funeral Home. Sydney was born November 26, 1985, in Cleburne to Nick and Connie (Howle) Smades. She was a wonderful mommy with an infectious smile, loved sports, and was very proud of the time she spent coaching her daughter's soccer team. She was very close to her family and loved tattoos. Sydney lived life to the fullest potential. Survivors: her parents; husband, Blake Barber; children, Paxton Leigh, Bam Dillon, and Sage Sparkle; sisters, Breezie Smades and Lacey Manuel; grandmother, Betty Smades; mother-in-law, Lisa Holladay; nana, Linda Decker; 3 nieces; 2 nephews, numerous loving extended family and friends.
