Tammy D Clark, 49, born in Ft Worth, Texas on March 9, 1971 to Betty & Bob Martin. She passed away Friday, December 4, 2020 with her mom by her side.

Memorial Services at Open Door Church are pending at this time. With a private burial at Caddo Cemetery.

Tammy fought a hard fight her whole life with many underlying health conditions displaying such courage and strength with a positive attitude all the way through. Tammy's smile lit up the room. She always posted uplifting messages everyday to everyone. Even with her limitations in life, she was always happy, upbeat and loving. Tammy always put everyone's needs before her own. She had an amazing marriage with Joe, their love and laughter with each other never went unnoticed. Tammy and her mom had a connection more than any mother and daughter. They were truly best friends and never a day went by without talking numerous times. She always made sure her sister, brother and dad felt and knew her love for them. Tammy loved her nieces and nephews like her own children. She bragged about them all the time and helped raise each one.

Tammy lived for her “girls” trip with her mom, sister and nieces every summer to the beach.  She laughed from the moment we left till the moment we got home. All she ever wanted was to hear the waves and put her toes in the water. Tammy lived the fullest life possible surrounded by tons of family and friends that loved her dearly.

Tammy is survived by her husband, Joseph Cooke, mother, Betty Martin, father, Bob Martin, sister, Angela Holliday & husband Chris, brother Bobby Martin and wife Nicole, brother Nick Coleman and wife Shauna, Brother Nathan Coleman and wife Katie, sister Denise Chaney. Nieces, Bailey, Alyssa, Tori, Kylie, Kylah, and Laura. Nephews, Hayden, Brandon, Bryce, Brock, Shane, Trent, Traye, Jordan, Justis, Jayden and Gunner. Plus many more loving family and friends.
