Terence Boyd Farmer entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 26, 2015 in Fort Worth, TX. SERVICE: 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 3 at Charity Lutheran Church, with burial at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas. SURVIVORS: His loving wife of 44 years Agnes Marie Farmer, three children Katrina and husband Brendan Smiley, Kareen Farmer of Burleson, and Kevin and wife Kayce Farmer of Blum, TX. Also surviving are four grandsons Andrew, Harrison, Corrigan, and Kanyon Smiley, and soon to arrive grandson Stetson Boyd Farmer. Also surviving are devoted family members and dear friends. Terry was born in Fort Worth, Texas on August 27, 1943 to T.J and Georgie Farmer. He grew up in Fort Worth in the Arlington Heights area graduating from Arlington Heights High School. He proudly served our nation in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He was married to Agnes Marie Spitzenberger on May 2, 1971. Terry moved his family from Ft. Worth to Burleson in 1978. He spent his working years in the air conditioning/refrigeration business in sales. Terry was a devout Christian active in his church as his health permitted, serving the early years as an elder and enjoying camping and fishing with the men's group. He was a devoted son, husband, dad, PawPaw and uncle who loved spending time with his children and grandsons. Preceding him in death were his parents.
