Thelma Lee McKnight, 84, of Burleson, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017. Funeral Service: 11AM, Friday, March 3, 2017, First Baptist Church of Burleson. Visitation: 6-8PM, Thursday, March 2nd, Mountain Valley Funeral Home. She loved playing Bridge, square-dancing, painting, and her fiddle. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 54 years, Boyce A. McKnight; sons, Dewey and Darrell; and sister, Alma. Survivors: sons, Troy and Cary; grandsons, Justin and Jarrid; granddaughters, Afton, Chalice, Nicole; great-grandchildren, Nicademus, Lili, Tristen, Gavin, Lexi, Layne, Daniella,and Camila; sisters, Janet, Freda, Betty, Ruby; brother, Charlie; numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. Thelma loved her family and church dearly.
