After his service he began his career in 1974 at Oscar Mayer in Madison, WI. Following, he finished his career at Miller Brewing, Fort Worth, TX. Retiring in 2015 after 30 years. Tim had an uncanny mechanic ability that amazed many. He was always able to figure things out or repair them. Tim was a huge car buff to say the least and a die-hard Green Bay Packer fan, having attended two super bowls. His greatest hobby was buying, building and restoring classic cars, always willing to help a buddy with theirs. In his youth he played hockey at the local outdoor rinks in Madison. Tim also enjoyed drag racing, participating for several years in the 70's and 80's. After moving to Texas, he became a big country music fan including nights out "boot scootin." But his true passion was his Grandchildren, spending as much time with them as possible. Tim was preceded in death by his parents; and his daughter, Tina Egan Weekley. Survivors: siblings, Michele Blackman (Dennis); Dan Egan (Kathy Knapp); Tom Egan; Kathi Egan Heath; John Egan; grandchildren, Ashton Blanton, Timothy Weekley, and Connor Jimieson.
