T.J. Bransom

BURLESON -- T.J. Bransom, 87, a retired goverment inspector, died Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at his home in Burleson. Funeral Service: 10:00 A.M. Saturday May 23, 2009 at Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Burleson Memorial Park. Visitation: 6-8 P.M. Friday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. T.J. was born June 3, 1921 in Burleson. He married Lillian Bransom on Aug. 30, 1942 and she preceded him in death on July 18, 2008. T.J. proudly served his country in the U.S. Army towards the end of WW II. T.J. loved traveling, gambling, and yardwork. He was a proud member of the Moslah Shrine. Survivors: Grandchildren, Malinda Anders and husband George, Robby Bransom and wife Kelly, Paul Bransom Jr. and wife Kathy, Becky Ciolek and husband Jim, Samantha Talley, Giles Honeycutt and wife Marilou, James Honeycutt; 12 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; daughter in law, Rhonda Bransom; sisters, Ina, Billie Ruth.
