Truman Douglas Webb, 73, of Joshua, retired from the maintenance dept. of Joshua I.S. D. passed away Wed. June 29, 2011 in Fort Worth. Graveside Service: 10 am Sat. July 2, 2011 at Caddo Cemetery in Joshua. Truman was born April 13, 1938 in Mountain City, Georgia to Frank and Mattie Mae Welch Webb. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He married Dorothy Shook on Feb. 1, 1958 in Hiawassee, Georgia. Truman loved working outside and was a very good handyman. He also loved taking care of his goats and animals. He also enjoyed working and operating machinery. Survivors: Wife, Dorothy Webb of Joshua; daughters, Darlene Parker and husband Ronald of Joshua, Deanne Horton and husband Hootie of Joshua, Vickie Williams and husband Larry of Cleburne; son, Ben Webb and wife Carolyn of Midlothian; brother, Henry Webb; half sister, Frankie Mae White of Toccoa, Georgia; grandchildren, Douglas Wayne Huckaby and wife Yolanda, Justin Randall Huckaby, Anthony David Brady, Kevin Garrett Huckaby, Lara Richelle Williams, Dorothy Elizabeth Williams; extended family and friends.
