BURLESON -- Vernon Dee Rhodes, 54, a utility production worker for Ranch Style Beans in Fort Worth, died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2005, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Burleson. Burial: Bethesda Cemetery in Burleson. Visitation: 7-9 p.m. Monday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Vernon was born Jan. 5, 1951, in Fort Worth, to Willie D. and Velma Clewis Rhodes. He married Jean Stafford on Sept. 18, 1981, in Burleson. Vernon liked wrestling, NASCAR, dirt track racing, the Texas Rangers and football. He loved the Dallas Cowboys and the Burleson Elks. He was a caring person who saw good in everyone.
