Victoria Ann Davison

Victoria Ann (Lee) Davison, age 70, of Godley, Texas, went home to be with the Lord on July 11, 2019. She passed away peacefully in her sleep at home.

Vicki was born in McKinney, Texas on July 19, 1948 to Willie James Lee and Letha Nell (Hinsley) Lee. She moved to Dallas with her parents at 5 years old and lived in the same house until she married her beloved husband, Billy Wayne Davison. They married on August 27, 1966 and had over 52 years together raising their 3 children and welcoming their 9 grandchildren. Vicki was a homemaker and stay at home mom who loved her family fiercely and was everyone's biggest fan and supporter.

Vicki is preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister, Patricia Jo.

She is survived by her loving husband Billy Davison as well as her three children. Daughter, Christie (Davison) Herrington and husband, Daniel of Fort Collins, Colorado. Daughter, Michele (Davison) Fineis and husband Gerald of Naples, Florida. Son, Brian Davison and wife, Amie of Burleson, Texas. She was also Grammie to her nine precious grandchildren: Laura, Rachel, Billy, Hannah, Abigail, Jared, Austin, Joshua, and Caleb. Being Mom and Grammie was one of the greatest joys in her life. Vicki is also survived by her dear sister Charlotte (Lee) DeLeon and husband Maurilio of Dallas, Texas. As well as several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

Vicki was a Christian and gave her life to Jesus in her late 20s. She and her husband raised their children to be followers of Christ and have enjoyed seeing Jesus at work in the lives of their family. She was a member of Burleson Church of Christ. Though we are sad to be without her, we rejoice that she is at home with Jesus. We look forward to that reunion in Heaven one day.
