Virginia Rhae Walden

Virginia Rhae Arthurs Odom Walden of Joshua, Texas, passed into the loving arms of her heavenly father on Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017. A celebration of life will be held from 4-7 p.m. Oct. 14 in the Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Virginia was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Erwin and Mabel Arthers. She retired from Government Service Administration and Hilley's Drug. She was a member of the Joshua Citizens Police Alumni Association. She was preceded in death by her son, John Ray Odom; her parents; and one sister. Survivors: her loving husband, Glen David Walden; son, Kenneth Odom; Rachel Odom; sister-in-law Virginia Morris; grandchildren, John Arik Odom, Kira Odom, Chandler Odom, Colton Hoover, Tristan Castillo, Taylor Castillo and Pam and Joe Castillo; three brothers; one sister; nieces and nephews; and many special friends, including Horris and Freida Skinner; Juan and Kandra Gonzales, thank you for everything.
