Wendell Alan Brake, 81, of Joshua, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2015. Graveside Service: 1:00 PM Saturday December 19, 2015 Caddo Cemetery, Joshua. Visitation: Friday until 5:00 PM, Mountain Valley Funeral Home, Joshua. Wendell was born on August 19, 1934 in Lansing, Michigan to Howard and Florence Brake. He loved camping, and spending time with his family at Higgins Lake, Michigan. Wendell was preceded in death by his son, David Brake. Survivors: wife, Sally Brake, sons, Paul, and Troy Brake, daughters, Marley Bevil, and Becky Decker, grandchildren, Dorthea, BeeJay, Margaret, Bryce, and Andrea, and a host of many other friends, family, and loved ones.
