William Lewis "Bill" Stewart

William "Bill" Lewis Stewart, 76, of Burleson, passed away Feb. 20, 2019. He was born Feb. 20, 1943, in Elsberry, Missouri, to Floyd T. and Jesse Genevie (Whitaker) Stewart.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2019, in the Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Pastor Mike Wiley. Burial follows at Caddo Cemetery. Visitation is one hour before the service.
Bill loved his guns, shooting, fishing, hunting, working on cars and cooking. He was licensed as a ranger master and was an honest, hard-working man for his family.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Stewart; sons, Steven Stewart and wife, Kim, and Michael Stewart; granddaughter, Amanda Stewart; great-granddaughter, Kyalen Stewart; brothers, Harold Stewart, Gary Stewart, Dale Stewart and Darrell Stewart; and sister, Sandy Politte.
