William C. "Bill" Walsh

JOSHUA -- William "Bill" Cook Walsh, 76, a retired electrical engineer, died Saturday, February 17, 2007 in Fort Worth. Funeral: 10:30 A.M. Friday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Burial: DFW National Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 P.M. Thursday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Bill was born September 12, 1930 in Philadelphia, Pa. to Paul and Elizabeth Wynnefield Walsh. He married Vivian Onita Thomas on April 4, 1953 in Terrell, Texas. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Bill was preceded in death by sons, William P. Walsh in 1954 and Matthew Lawrence Walsh in 1959. Survivors: Wife, Vivian Walsh of Joshua; sons, Mark David Walsh and wife Karla of Azle, John Allen Walsh and wife Sandie of Grand Prairie, Timothy Paul Walsh of Abilene; grandchildren, Michael, Amanda, Heather, Shaylee, Trevor, April; 4 great grandchildren.
